Are my parents being fair?

i snuck out of my house stole my dads cadillac i went to a party and got high and drunk i was driving on the interstate trying to make it home and i flipped the car several times and totaled it i was in critical care for 2 months. when i got home my parents said i was grounded until i was done with high school and im also facing charges for drinking under the age limit, dui, ingesting a controlled substance, and speeding. i think the criminal charges should be enough
