Why are lower back tattoos referred as *tramp stamps??*?

The reason they're called "tramp stamps" is because it's very popular for strippers and such to have the lower back tattoos. But if you still want one, get one. Just make sure you reallllyyyy reallllllyyyyy want it, cause you'll have it forever.
