How would I determine statistical significance?

I have 30 people and asked them if they like chocolate or vanilla ice cream, and they had to choose only one type. How many would have to choose chocolate for me to determine that I did not get my results by chance and what tests could I use? (uming that there is a normal distribution in the poulation)
