The only change worth thinking about at all is Hester, but Thomas is one of many receivers and it's not predictable which one will have the hot hand from game to game. In addition, only the Ravens and Saints have allowed fewer fantasy points to WRs than the Titans so far. The one thing you might do is check to see if Murphy is available as a FA. He has a terrific matchup this week, the Texans have allowed 761 receiving yds by WRs already and 4 TDs; they're tied with the Redskins for the most fantasy points allowed to opposing WRs.
