How do you file a formal complaint?

First of all you need to talk to your immediate supervisor. if that does not resolve your problem you need to talk to the human resources department. they will be able to tell you how to go about making your complaint, you should do this sooner rather that later because this person sounds like she is determined to get you into alot of trouble.
