Making a stencil from a coloring book?

My mother has this coloring book that she wants to take the pictures from this book and transfer it to a quilt that she wants to make. I have not idea even how to start to get the images out of this coloring book and onto some kind of paper that she could transfer to a quilt that she is going to make. Does anyone know how to do this or some kind of kit? Thanks
