News Corp (Fox, WSJ, NY Post, etc.) donates 1 million dollars to Republicans?

Should foreign corporations be allowed to influence US elections in this manner? I know that the Roberts court has made the claim that corporations are people, but foreign nationals are not allowed to directly participate in US elections, so logically, one would think that foreign corporations would likewise be banned...
