Please help me in rephrasing this business letter into one paragraph only.thank you very much!!!?

As of June 1st home office would no longer process refund checks to the customers. They are to be issues directly from your office. This practice is being implemented in order to improve our customer service and convinience. We intend to make all possible improvements in this area. The process might be time consuming, but necessary in order to achieve our goals.Your cooperation is greatly appreciated. Please have this singed and submitted back to me. If you have any question in regards to this new policy dont hesitate to contact me.
