Which cell phone company to get??, plz!! help!!!~~~~~~?

well im deciding between cell phone companys, what the problem is verizon has the env touch i want but spirit has a little better plan, so which should i get??? the monthly cost is the same for both companys but sprint gives 1500 minutes and verizon gives 700 minutes. so should i give up 800 minutes to have the phone i really want?? or get the better plan and just get a regular phone??? btw: its a family plan so there is 3 people on the plan,. but us 3 people hardly ever talk alot. so tell me your opinion and why.
