Do Ugg shoes/flats/slippers run big like the boots do? Or are they true to size?

I normally wear a size 8 in most brands... but I wear a size 7 in Ugg boots. I want to buy some Ugg flats but I'm not sure if their shoes also run big like the boots.. or are they true to size. I don't know if I should get a size7 or 8. Please help.. thanks!
