How can i sharpen my psychic abilities?

i used to have dreams of the future and they always come true but i don't have that many dreams now how can i have more dreams of the future and sometimes when i watch a movie i have never seen i sometimes know what they are about to say can someone help me learn how to sharpen these abilities?
