okay when i get back from vacation im going to have salad for lunch and dinner and breakfast ill have some kind of food. i also exercises i have dance 2 times a week and gym cl either 2 or 3 times a week. i'm also not going to drink any soft drinks. i just want to loss my what i call a kangaroo pouch about i guess maybe 1 in or 1 1/2 around my stomach area
