I just received an email from the "British African" Yahoo who said that I won a million British pounds.?

it said they have drawings each month a lotto and for the month of january I was the winner. Is this a scam?? it asks for all my info, of course I will never send any. It sounds too good to be true and usually is. Microsoft is named also. looks official, but can you please email me and ure me that it is you and microsft that is having this "lotto" drawing or a scam???
