well youtube is just going to suspend your account, the amount of people who do the exact same thing is so high everyday that it would be impossible for a company to sue you, you would only need to say, "ok, sue me, but first get a list of all the people who are committing copyright infringement for the next 24 hours." it would cost them more than the lawyers they hired just to print the names.
